Hey Gorgeous,
Today we are chatting about 3 wedding shows to attend when planning your wedding. Winter is a great time to start looking out for wedding shows. Between January and March there are always multiple wedding shows taking place. It’s a great way to find out what’s trending, check out tons of vendors, view samples of their work, ask questions, get advice and even score some deals! It’s a one stop shop. Plus, there’s tons of grab bags, swag, and raffles. Just an added bonus for a fun filled day.
Our Recent Wedding Show At The Edgewater Manor in Stoneycreek
Personally, I love wedding shows because of the face to face interaction. We do a lot of our correspondence via email or over the phone, but there’s nothing like making a personal connection with future brides! I love getting the chance to chat in person about their big day. I want to hear about all of the details; the dress, theme or colours, and what their wedding day glam goals are.
We were recently a vendor at the Edge Water Manor wedding show in Stoneycreek.
I really enjoyed getting to know the local vendors, touring the property and meeting brides that were going to get married there. It was a fantastic event.
Honeymoon Travel Essentials Prize Pack
We curated an awesome raffle prize for the event that included some of my favourite products that might come in handy for the Bride-to-Be when she is on her HONEYMOON!
The Honeymoon Travel Essentials kit included travel friendly makeup such as; BareMinerals Matte Bronzer, KVD Setting Powder, and Tarte H20 Hydrating Lip Gloss
The Honeymoon travel set also included skincare Staples for hot weather like Origins Gin-Zing Oil Free Gel Moisturizer and Sephora Waterproof Eye Makeup Remover
3 wedding shows to attend when planning your wedding
Deciding on what shows to attend can be overwhelming. I recommend doing some research to figure out which wedding shows are the best fit for you. Below are a few of my personal faves:
Wedding Show #1 – The Wedding Co. Market
Perfect for the bride that really likes to support small businesses and create long lasting relationships with her vendors. It is held at the end of February each year at Artscape Wynchwood Barns in Toronto.
Wedding Show #2 – The Wedluxe Show
This show caters to the luxurious bride that loves high end everything! The Wedluxe Show is usually held in January at The Carlu in Toronto. This show is literally a work of art, if you have ever attended then you know what I am talking about. Ballerinas can be found dancing about and each vendor booth is more extravagant than the last. Definitely a must see!
Wedding Show #3 – Canada’s Bridal Show
This event is HUGE! It is a great option for the bride who has not been able to plan anything just yet (aka. the procrastinating bride lol). It is a one stop shop. Hire all of your vendors in one enjoyable afternoon, and score some great deals while you’re at it 😉 Canada’s Bridal Show is held in September at The Metro Toronto Convention Center.
I truly think attending a wedding show is a great experience that every bride should do, at least once! I hope these 3 wedding shows to attend when planning your wedding helps you find everything you are looking for.
Hope to see your gorgeous faces at the next wedding show!
xoxo Ange
